    one day...they will have it down, science loves to make things from Movies/TV real, even if it takes decades.

    A solid object made of photon molecules will not glow like a lightsaber. We observe light when these photons reach our eyes. By turning them into solids we prevent the photons from traveling and reaching our eyes. An object made of photons would likely have visual properties very similar to any other solid object.
