But wait... thanks for you help... but the Wiring Harness doesn't seem to support a Kill Switch. The negative is covered... so the third connection isn't possible, right? I may be wrong... but just a concern. Thanks!

It works just fine. One negative (the green wire in the NBv2 manual p.8 ) goes from the board to the recharge port. The other negative (the black wire in the manual) goes from the recharge port to the battery negative. Any electronics that would normally go to the battery negative will go to the green recharge port connection instead.
With a kill switch setup, there is only ONE connection to the battery negative, and that is the one that runs to the black wired recharge port terminal in the manual. Everything else goes to the other negative terminal.

Sorry if I bug you more... I want my first saber to be perfect (with what I can do with my materials, that is X3)
ok so I hope this is my last question... and this will (hopefully) solve my problem. I have figured out the wiring for my saber... just one more teensy question:
I used the LED resistor calculator in your desc. and got a 39 ohm, 1/8 watt resistor for this switch: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/12...itch-P921.aspx ( I am using a 3.7 volt lithium ion battery )

because I can only find 39 ohm, 1/4 watt resistors anywhere else...
The DynaOhm will work fine. The 39 ohm 1/4 watt resistors will also work fine.
Wattage is a minimum, you can always use a higher wattage resistor than what is recommended. Don't go overboard, since 5+ watt resistors are REALLY BIG and take up a ton of room in your hilt.
