    for sure dude! I found PVC to be great for low budget and ease of working with. That being said, they are not as satisfying to hold as MHS. If you go the PVC route you'll still want to buy everything but your PVC and heat sink/led(you'll need to make your own) holder here at TCSS

    Id love to see a few tutorials for sure, I'm just getting back into sabering ( after selling off what I had a few years back ) I don't want to spend a mint so PVC will work for now..

    Small update, I pieced together an upgraded blade plug for this bad boy

    I love the leather wrap/stitching and gold accents. The leather work is simply beautiful, as is the entire saber.

    What did you use to make the blade plug? Could you take a shot without the LED on?

    That is a well made saber. I don't car what a soul says. That is one nice. Oooo.. and I bet it's light too.

    One thing. From to look of the pipe it came from, it could be ABS. That can kick back on you. so, I just say this in case you are working with (plastics) the different kinds of plastic act different when cut. Cut at high speeds and with a saw with a high tooth count. Just to be safe. Your hands are magic!!
