Well considering an "Ultra FX" is Ultrasabers not a product of here you don't have that choice. Ultra gives just Guardian Blue. You can't pick blue bins vs. other blues and royal blue.

If memory serves right Ultra uses the Royal blue for his "Guardian blue".

stick with what ya got, the royal blue is the best in the shade that your gonna get... the standard blue is craptastic imo

Sunrider's Destiny or which shade of Blue? Bin 1 looks like a Royal Blue, bin 3-4 is really nice, and bin 6 is friggin' Cyan.
