Can you show a picture of how you have the recharge port wired? Maybe that's the problem if the battery isn't charging or giving power to the board.

Make sure the SD card is not blank. Also take a picture of the NB with the wiring out of the way.. it almost looks like a burnt trace in one of your pictures.
