The 8.7 degree lens will not work with the Tri-Rebel star. You want this one: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Lu...Lens-P778.aspx

I don't see a pommel, pommel insert, or MPS clip listed. Also the thermal tape pad for holding the LED star to your heatsink.

I'll take another look at your list once I've had a cup or two of coffee.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

You'll probably want a speaker as well.

You can get chassis parts to hold the saber internals securely, or you can build your own with a trip to the local hardware store.

You will want a 7.4v li-ion pack for the PC, but remember that Tim can't send those via normal shipping. You'll have to source them locally, or email the store about shipping them via a different carrier.

Should I search for chasis or speaker mounts? Like this http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MHS-speaker-mount-V6-For-28mm-Speakers-P892.aspx

The v6 mount is very nice, but it holds the Nano Biscotte board, and not the Petit Crouton.

You'll need to look here: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Ch...Parts-C74.aspx for the parts necessary to secure the PC.

You would likely need a speaker holder to go with it. Which one would depend on your design. The one you listed is for a NB card and a single battery.

"Yeah, yeah, I've heard it all before... you want blindingly bright, super loud, running 1138 blinkies off of the cheapest sound card you can find AND you want all of it to run on a battery the size of a dime, and run for a very, VERY long time. That one cracks me up every time..."

You'd probably be better off with the version 5 speaker mount.
