Help With Chassis Disc Selection

Not sure which aluminum chassis disc to use for mounting in a choke section. I've watched Madcow's video on the basic chassis assembly and he mentions the piece in the video (unthreaded disc) can be used in a choke, but the part listed in the video comments is the threaded disc. I can surmise that the disc used in the video is either style 1, 2, or 5, but I don't know which. Any help is appreciated.

Here's a pic of what I plan on doing. Obviously, the grey bar at the bottom of the choke section represents the disc in question.

Both style 2 and 4 will work for your purposes. Use style 4 if you want the whole chassis to stay put when you unscrew the extension.
