Sink Tube Blade Holder Question

Hi all!
I have built a few MHS sabers in the past, and am working on another. It is going to be a 1.5" sink-tube saber with overlays, grips, MHS pommel, ect. However, TCSS only sells a sink-tube blade holder for the 1.25" tubes. Does anyone know of a material that would fit over the blade holder, while also fitting (snugly) in the 1.5" tube?
I ask now because I do not want to spend ~$300 only to have the parts turn out to be completely incompatible...

You could use a 1.5 adapter and a regular mhs blade holder http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/MH...pter-P162.aspx
MHS parts are made to fit within a 1.5 sink tube.

An excellent suggestion! However, upon pricing the parts for such a setup, it turns out to be $15 more for the same effect as the sink tube. I would really like to find a (cheep) sleeve of some sort that fits over the 1.25" sink blade holder, in order to make it fit in 1.5" tube.
