    1st Ever Stunt Saber Build.

    MHS ribbed extension (Drill & Tap Hole (8-32) for covertec wheel)
    3" Double female threaded connector (Machine recessed AV switch hole)
    MHS choke style 1 short
    Screw on LED blade holder style 16 (Drill & Tap Hole (8-32) for retention screw) with 8-32 x .3" red thumb screw
    Machined button for Covertec clip with 8-32 x 1/2" button head screw
    MPS Insert style 4 with MPS Clip

    THE ELECTRONICS:

    MHS "new style" Heat Sink V2
    TrustFire Protected 3.7V 900mAh 14500 Lithium Battery (2-Pack)
    Luxeon Rebel Star (Green)
    BuckPuck 1000mA 4-wire
    Collimator Lens 8.7 deg viewing angle with Luxeon Rebel Lens Holder
    16mm Anti Vandal Short Latching Green Ring Switch
    220ohm 1/4w resistor
    This is the diagram I will be using.

    Everything looks fine. You will need to recharge the batteries outside the hilt, since they're individually protected and not in a pack.

    I would also grab one of these: http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/St...-pad-P483.aspx to help hold the LED star to the heat sink and help with heat transfer.

    Thanks for the suggestion! I'll be sure to add that to my list. Would it be possible to add sound later on?

    Yes, but you will need to get rid of the buck puck if you decide to add sound.

    Note to self: stop posting before coffee.

    You'll want to replace that momentary switch with a latching switch. On a stunt build, you want latching switches or you'll have to hold the button down all the time.
