Here is my latest Jedi costume. My other one was too "dark" for the Rebel Legion.

I made the belt myself. It's 9oz veg tanned leather, lined with a 2 oz layer, saddle stitched along its entire length.
The sides overlap the front section and are held in place by [ shaped metal hasps that the leather straps go through.
The back is laced to allow adjustment.
