MR Luke ESB FX

Hi all, I've been lurking around here for over a year and have learned many things. Any way, I bought a Luke ESB fx converted to Lux on ebay. The hilt is in great condition, but who ever converted the saber to Lux did not do a great job. Well I am here to ask if anyone has converted one. Does the Anakin saber have the same dementions as the Luke ANH? I do not know the ID of the Anakin. I have already tried the modular hilt system emitters, no luck, way too small. Any suggestions?

The Luke ESB is insanely big. It is much larger then the Anakin ROTS.

The MR Luke ESB is really oversized compared to an Anikan ROTS or even the graflex it's based on. You'd have to talk to Tim about maybe getting a custom holder. I know he tried getting most of the old ones... so he may be able to get you one.

I noticed the larger size. My Vader conversion was way to small. I did try to put a sink tube sleeve around a modular hilt emitter. I think with a little modification, it might work. I will have to give Tim a shout about a custom conversion. Guess it won't be ready for Holloween.

I've also got a Luke ESB shell just chillin here. I've searched long and hard and have only been able to find instructions on how to take it apart.

It's the only hilt that is gi-normous.

The Anakin AOTC is big but it is not as bad as the ESB. I plan on getting a custom blade holder made, throw a 5 watt in it and from there decide on if I am keeping it our selling it. So many options, so little money. :P
