Thank you SilverSerpent for all your answers ! The screw for covertec button was already on my wishlist (but didn't written here). BTW, is the covertec button screw is screwed on the hilt (so I'll need a threaded hole in it by Tim) or is it tighten with a nut ?
Rich330 : thanks you, I saw that so I'll have to find here somewhere to find them. I've got an little idea.

You'll need a hole drilled, they just screw in

    Hi,

Here's some news of my lightsaber, and a pic of parts I received from TCSS :

And because I do not have the specific pliers, it was too hard to fix insert in TCSS pommel. So I used paper clip to make my own C-clip !

    Equipment used :

    - big size paper-clips
    - 1" polycarbonat tube
    - small plier
    - cutting pliers

    Step 1 :

Step 2 : roll the wire around the 1" tube (don't panic, it's smaller than the hilt but it will expand when you stop rolling it)

Step 3 : my own inovation, a small bend on the clip ; first folding :

    And then :

    Final Step :

Then you can cut if the clip fits well in the hilt :

    A comparison between the f#?*g c-clip and mine :

And once in the pommel, it's ok :

great fix on the insert but I bet you could take it to a car garage and ask a service men to help you.

I've used the paperclip trick myself before. It works just fine, and is far easier to remove.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.
