I thought about a roll pin but figured it'd be more trouble to remove if it was tight enough to hold them securely. What size roll pin did you use? Is it easy to punch out? I'd definitely prefer not to have the screw heads on there.

Finally got the hilt assembled. I'm still debating on what to do for sound venting.

Graflex Sound Venting
I finished the sound holes for the Graflex. I drilled a small hole at a 45 degree angle just under the bottom of each rubber grip. I hollowed out a small area on each grip to expose the hole. They're not noticeable unless you know they're there. I'll still probably drill out the screw in the D-ring, but it's fairly loud as is. I have a 2W bass speaker in there.
