Huge Change to the Hilt. I decided to give weathering a stab. Its my first time weathering, so go easy on me.
That's a fairly nice weathering job. It has the appearance of an old tool, that gets used a good deal, but is rarely cleaned.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

Quick update, I ordered the rest of the parts to finish the saber. Been saving up to get the rest. will have pics as soon as i can. I have not forgotten this.
