    Well, here is the first saber complete (except for some tightening, loctite, and misc). This will be a xmas present for my 8 yr old who has just seen the first 3 SW movies. Contains:

    TCSS Parts:
    MHS 1.5" Sink tube adapter
    MHS Screw on blade holder style 13
    "Corbin style" show blade 1" OD (30 inches)
    Seoul Semiconductor P4
    Ultrasound 2.5
    Red illuminated switch (tied to L2 on US2.5) + MHS Bezel
    2.1mm charge port
    Premium speaker + MHS speaker mount
    4 - AA 2600 mAh NiMh batteries

    RadioShack Parts:
    4 - AA battery holder (4 side-by-side in a bundle)
    9-volt style snap-on battery wire
    2.1mm Power Plug (Size M)

    Hardware store Parts:
    12" Sink tube
    Brass compression sleeves
    Drain screen
    Plastic plumbing pipe holders (used to mount US2.5 board)
    10-32 Thumbscrew
    8-32 Button head screws
    8-23 1/8" set screws

    Good 1st saber. That emitter sticking out of the chrome tube looks awesome.

    Nice!

    I'm really liking those brass compression rings. I've never seen anyone use those on a saber before.

    Very nice saber!

    I'd suggest trying to use a lower-profile plug, as the current one kind of takes away from the elegance of this saber. But other than that, it is a beautiful saber.
