crystal focus v6 problems with main LED

Ok so I have wired up a new CF v6 board with a colour extender board to a multi colour high power LED and everything works great as far as sound and all my accent LED's but when I plug in the main high power LED and turn on the saber it just powers up and down and up and down over and over. any Ideas what might be happening here. If I unplug the main LED the sound works and all the accent LED's work.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Very carefully check all the grounds for your LEDs and make absoultely sure they correspond to the correct channel.
Each LED needs to be connected to the same set of positive and negative pads, or the board will try to draw a large amount of current and the batteries will shut off (hence why it turns on and off again).
