Two amazingly useful words in EVA foam work; Hot Glue. Get the high temp sticks as the low and medium temp have been known to melt when the sun beats down on the piece. You can also get the sheets in anything from 2mm (as I'm using on Darth Infirnis http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...Darth-Infirnis) up to 3" thick. You may be able to find an outlet nearer to you but this outfit delivers too.
