    Default Not lightsaber, sonic screwdriver

    hello,
I've been building lightsabers for a while but had a special project that deviated from the norm. I just wanted to share.

    Doctor Who sonic screwdriver.

Used what I know about saber building to make these two. Has sound and lights using Atmel microcontroller and Arduino code.
I showed to some people and got comments like "very lightsaber like" or "has a Star Wars look" so I thought I would share here.
I am sharing the code and the schematics with the world as well as step by step instructions. Here is a link..

Please please check it out here.

and let me know what you think.

Was it the plastic one? I read from the reviews that the sound is too low.
    thanks for the compliment.

Most impressive. It looks like quite a fun project.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.
