    I love the idea of a sheath. I mean, what would a katana be without one? Curious though, does the standard PolyC blade actually slide into the sheath? Where did you find such great tubing to make the sheath from?

    Thank you! Actually i got the idea of Lacquering the leather from the ancient sword smiths, you can still see examples from the 1800's that were treated with lacquer and still look new! Plus the white doe skin would turn black/brown with very little use without some form of sealing its pores.
    For every saber I build I have gotten into the habit of making a custom blade plug for it. I once again have to give ARKM credit for the razor idea

    I made it from standard electrical PVC conduit, some brass, JB weld and spray paint
