Thread: Anakin '05 sound board and speaker. Help?

    Default Anakin '05 sound board and speaker. Help?

    Hey everyone I just recieved my new MHS hilt from Tim and i found that the battery pack didnt fit. I ended up breaking it but saving the speaker and having to cut the wires. Does anyone know what size battery holder will fit and how to connect it and the speaker?

    A 4AAA holder will fit the MHS. Any of the 2AA across holders will work also.

    For the Anakin MR board you follow the tutorial for the LED conversion. The board will have a positive and negative easily identified. There is also a speaker wire... that goes to the speaker and the other wire from the speaker goes to the positive on the battery pack.

    We had a pic somewhere in this mess already. Dang I hate it when I can't find stuff....

    Yeah, I just am trying to think of way to many things. The next three months get crazy for me and I admit I am not focused to well right now.

    Ok, I know you guys are going to say that I should buy from Tim but I would rather find something locally that I could use instead of paying shipping..     This one will fit inside the MHS hilt, it's the 4AAA holder:


    And these 2AA holders should fit too, but you would need 2 of them, if you want 6V:

    Ok, Thank you. So before I fix it all up i need to make sure Im connecting everything right. The speaker wire(brown) goes with the brown wire on the board and the yellow one goes with the negative batterie wire. Is that right?
