    Default Daughter's saber progress

This is the concept for my 17 year-old daughter's lightsaber. Yes, she's into it. I couldn't be prouder.

will she be doing the metal work? Or does that part of the build pass to dad?

I'll be doing the build. She'll be reaping the benefits of having a loving, giving father.

hahaha, for my first (stunt) sabers I made two for me and two for my younger sister. After the first, and I had her help out more on the second, it's good for them to learn to use a Dremel.
But that was my little sister. If it was for my daughter, I probably would have just made if for her.

and that is a cool design.

    Looks pretty awesome. Very bright.

Also we have the same soldering station. That's just awesome to me.

Sweetness! I'm going to take a shot in the dark and guess that this is going to have a Crystal Focus LS in it???

Welcome to saber building. You've taken your first step into a larger world.
