    Darn. I might just stick with regular red P$ then. It was a cool thought though. u.u I know for a fact PCU doesn't need a resistor for P4s or Rebels. I was wanting to get kind of a deep red.

    The PC doesn't need a resistor for the main blade LED, whether it's a P4, Rebel, LEDEngin, or whatever else you might find.

    If you want to use the FoC feature of the PC, you'll need a multi-die LED like the Tri-Rebel or the LEDEngin 10w. You will need a resistor for the FoC LED die. If you're not using FoC, then the only resistors you'll need would be for accent LEDs or illuminated switches.

    The LEDEngin 10w or 5w Deep Red is a wicked awesome color. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you try one of those. Mind you, the LEDEngins aren't the easiest to solder. It's worth it though.
