FL highway patrol does brown... they hide in the brush behind ramps and overpasses. I've never had a problem but I've seen an FHP do a 360 to nab a guy that passed me doing around 90-95.

He was had parked with his front up a hill behind a overpass. So he had to do a circle to get around the right direction.
Sadly I had to slow too... The speed limit was 75 and I was at least 80. At least it was slower than the person that got caught.
