    Default first build newbie questions

    Hello people.

As the title suggests this is my first build. These questions are probably going to sound a bit simple but plesse indulge me.

Ive decided on my main body design. I know after reading on here that the majority opinion is to keep things simple at first regarding the internal parts but a saber without sound is like a non alcoholic beer. Ive opted for the NB sound board but now I start to get confused.

For ease of build I would like to use pre-wired rebel star led.

    1. Is this compatible with the NB sound board?

    2. What other components would I require?

    3. Is there a wiring diagram avaliable or a youtube tutorial maybe?

Your help and knowledge would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks in advance a grateful beginner.

Sorry my above thread sounds like I want to be spoon feed, I have a rough idea of what I need and im currently reading about circuits etc. Just need pointing in the right direction in regards to building around a NB sound module.

This should give you all you need to know for the wiring:

    For your other two questions:
    1. Yes, the rebel star will work just fine.
    2. All the parts for the hilt of the saber, a battery, an on/off switch (must be momentary), your LED, a speaker, extra wire and soldering tools, I'm assuming you'll want a blade...I think that's everything.

Hope that helps. Feel free to post extra questions and check out some of the Forums with "wiring" in the name (sound, LED, etc) they should be helpful.
