The mAh of the battery only affects how long the saber will run until you need to recharge it.

Okay, so if I get this battery http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/74...Pack-P699.aspx it will have a pretty long run time I guess.

How do I know which resistors I need for my switches? What I did for the other resistors is for exemple (3.3-2.2) / 0.13 = 84 (so let's say the 82ohm resistor). I think I got that right, yes? But for the switches, they are both 3.3v and the pad is 3.3v. I can't divide 0.

Yes, 18650 battery packs have pretty good runtimes. I try to use them whenever possible, assuming they will physically fit inside the hilt with all the other components.

For the resistors on your switch LEDs, you can either use a 1 ohm resistor or none at all. Using a 1 ohm resistor is the recommended way to go, though it is not mandatory.

    Thank you. This helped!

I think I can now order.

... oh but I have to order more..... because I just won AN ASCEND STUNT SABER HELL YES! (I have to share my happiness).

That is an excellent choice, lucas. Make sure to view madcows ascend upgrade video, like, a million times when you do your upgrade. You wont regret it.
