Thread: Adding a sound board later.

Default Adding a sound board later.

If I were to add a sound board to my saber later, would I need to completely reinstall my wiring? I would not even know where to start. So I figured I would ask early.

Not really. If you think ahead and use the correct switch in most cases it would be a splice in.

    Default Correct switch?

Are you talking about the switch that turns on the saber. If so wich one would that be?

Depends on which you use... a lot depends on what you plan for later. All of the boards we use really just work in conjuction with each other so it's not like "you must solder this to the board for the sound later".

There really is no big deal to add sound later. If you do EL you need a few more parts but it still isn't a big deal.
