Thread: Sith Acolyte Helmet

    Default Sith Acolyte Helmet

    Hi there,

I'm new to this forum, but I've been around the block a few times elsewhere (in a good way, that is!)

I just finished my Sith Acolyte Helmet and am in the process of making full armor. (The build thread for this helmet can be found on my website http://thedrunkenmynock.com and on various forums).

I joined here so that I could do enough research and build an Acolyte saber (since I still know very little about sabers). I ordered one from ultrasabers, and am expecting to get it this week. Can't wait.

Here is a video and some photos of my work. Hope you like!

That is amazing work! The way it all comes together and the way you got the curving shapes and the straight shapes to interact correctly is remarkable. Beautiful work!

Hm. Congratulations. You've officially earned my contempt and hatred (for being so much more awesome than myself). I'll see to it that my minions deliver you a swift death.

Excellent! A challenge! I fight dirty, though.

Man, I love your tutorial on your stormtrooper helmet. Lots of good stuff. I think you'll fit in just fine here.

Well done! Simple and effective but not simply done.
