How to bake paint

Hi everyone. I have searched the forums to no avail. I am in the conceptual phase of my first build and want to know how bake paint into my saber. Powder isn't an option right now. Are there any benefits? What kind of paint works best? Does one let it dry for a while first? And finally what kind of toaster do all of u use and what temp? Thank you!
