Hi,

Adding electronics to my first saber, and want to make sure I have everything. I already have my hilt constructed, and I have an illuminated ring AV switch. Any help is greatly appreciated

Looks pretty sane to me. I can't verify the resistor value since I don't know the color of your AV switch LED, but everything else looks good. Don't forget a blade retention screw (and a drill and tap set if you don't already have one).

Forgot the screw, do have the tap. My AV switch is "16mm Anti Vandal Latching Amber Ring Switch"

Sounds good, you have the right resistor for a 6v pack.
