Blade holder #15 diameter question

Hey, all -

Quick question for any owners of BH15: What is the outer diameter of the thinnest section of that blade (closest to the threads)?

The description tells me the max OD, but I'm hoping for the OD next to the threads. (I'm assuming it's 1.5 or 1.6"? But which one?)

The section next to the threads will have the same OD as regular MHS parts. 1.45"
