twi lek costume HELP!!!!

my wife is going to try to make a twi-lek costume and i was wondering if anyone has ideas or knows of tutorials to make it. if anyone could help, that would be great.

Was looking at going to CE as Shado Vao, but budget restraints mean i'll be going in my standard tunic.

Check the Rebel Legion's website, www.rebellegion.com, there may be someone there that can help. There are a few Aayla Secura's in there that did a great job making their own lekku, or head-tails.
