Nice work Devilstar. I am glad to see it all come together. I bet he loved it. Now you have only got 364 more days to make a bigger set of armor for next year.

This costume wiped me out... I hate working on a deadline. Feels like I've been through a friggin' war. I hate getting old.

Next year, I have to start alot earlier. I think this whole thing was put together in what... a month or two?

One good thing the helmet will work for a few years, so it will be just remaking the armor as he grows out of it.

He's being a brat... Now that I've switched my costume over to Jango, he wants to be Jango... lol... I wanted him to be Jango in the first place. Ugh... Kids... <3

Tell him he's the son so obviously he'd be Boba if you're Jango. It only makes sense.

Added a pic (to the original post) of the new bucket that I did for my son... ROTJ style. More details can be seen here:

other than washing them in hot water a few times, maybe adding a little bleach in them.

    Great costume...

RIT makes a fabric lightener, that might work.

    EDIT-

    No knee armor?
