10w GGGG and US 2.5

I've been reading the tut for wiring up the ledengin 10w and had a few questions. I have a US 2.5 and the tut said that I could wire 2 dice in series and run that directly from the board. As I understand it, I will need to provide the board with 7.4v to get decent results. (19vf max / 2, give or take) I also know that the US does not regulate excess voltage very well so I guess I just need confirmation so I do not overheat the board. Also, Fender mentioned that it would be possible to run a Pex for "Full Powah" but he did not know where the terminal would be. Has anyone attempted this, and or has a diagram? I know its an outdated board but any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I would be interested in this also.I have a Neutrino from novasound and am wondering how i can run a GGGG 10w engin off it.If its possible i would be extremely grateful to anyone who could show us how.
