I'll say it once and only once. Custom titles are given by me.

To get one you have to do something beyond the ordainary poster. Examples: Mi Gin Gonn created a song for TCSS, thus he is the "Master of the Tune". Those in the brotherhood are "Sith Lords" because they've made the large thread I've ever seen on building a costume of Darth Vader.

It goes beyond wanting some random name you happen to like. If you have to ask for it I probably won't give it. That's means nothing and would get out of hand. To bring a SW analogy it's like squadron callsigns. They are rarely assumed, almost always given based on you or something you've done.
