I think you will need to find an actual graflex flashgun tube to build what you have designed. Links to sites to buy stuff is against the rules here, so you won't get an answer to that.

Easiest place to get a graflex flashgun tube is ebay. It's not necessarily the cheapest, though.

http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Sc...e-20-P633.aspx is an excellent alternative to a real or replica graflex.

Play around with http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com...mhsbuilder.php and you may be able to find what you need for the rest of the hilt. Keep in mind that a lot of parts on custom sabers (like the one in your render) will need to be made from scratch. Good luck with your build!

I agree--go with a Graflex or replica Graflex. In fact, you can get a replica much cheaper and they're just as accurate. As per the site rules, I won't post any links, but a certain fellow named Jeff makes and sells Graflex replicas really cheap.

What made you want to do it in carbon fiber?

I recommend you pick up a whole replica too. Gflex parts are hard to find. One of the few who sells them hit me with a $50 shipping for a small part. I was fortunate to find someone to sell me other parts on one of the other saber forums but it took me over 6 months to find someone who had spares. Gflexs tend to equal time or money.

No need to reply to spammers. Just click the little Report button like I do. It's at the bottom of the post, looks like a triangle with a "!" in it, and it's right next to "Blog this post".

I must admit, I was just a little disappointed that it wasn't the REAL Stan Lee.
