great design luis, although you may want to think about making your emitter slightly longer to allow more room for the blade to seat, then you could use a button head hex screw or similar for a blade retention so as not to need the extra piece... btw what are you thinking for lighting?

Hi guys...the parts will be here (in my office) in one hour. Thanks for your words. I will use 3 allen bolts to tight the blade to the extensión that you see appart. That will allow me to unscrew the extensión without loose the blade. Also ,the appearance of the hilt alone will be exactly like the ones in the movies. I will use luxeon leds for the light (from Tim) and a Hasbro sound board from an old count Dooku saber.

Of course there's a lot to do with the sand paper and the paint, but I think that those sabers will be great. Maybe I will send them to Master Replicas and ask for a position there... ha ha ha...
