collet style blade holder

If this has already been done I'm sorry, but I was messing around with some scraps and made a PVC collet to hold the blade. It was a real quick build and could be done better I just wanted to see if it would work.

This is probably not necessary unless you need to remove the blade quickly or without any tools (and thats assuming you don't have a thumb screw), and it took a about 2 hours to put it together (when drilling and taping a set screw take a couple minutes), but most of the time was threading the pieces. The collet itself only took abut 10 minutes I just had to turn it enough that the blade holder screwed all the way down and fully tightened on the blade, also the blade holder should have been made out of material with a 1" ID but as I said they were scraps.

Interesting solution, I could see this being used by someone if they're really determined to not have a thumb screw in their design.
