You wouldn't get two colors. You'd get a weird light reddish color fading in towards the top. I'm not sure exactly how far down the blade it would start reflecting, though. It depends on how much effect the mirror has. If you take two pics of the same blade with and without a mirror, then look at the difference in brightness, that difference should be the part that's colored. I'm not too sure exactly how much color you'd be getting, though, or exactly how it would fade. I'm guessing that you'll get a little pinkish-reddish light at the middle of the blade, and the tip will be exactly halfway in-between the color of the LED and the color of the red disk.

Hmm, too bad his title still says jester tho. Or maybe that's how he wanted it. Anyways back on topic I think there was a topic already like this that had pics and info. From what I remember it doesn't completely two tone the whole saber, only about the top 1/4 of it.

Yeah, I know I haven't been around for a while. Just been pursuin' my arcade MAME project thing and haven't really had the time to post around here that much. But back on topic, I don't think getting a tint in the middle would work seeing how the light is coming from one end and once it hits that filter and changes color it would be hard to add all the other colors in the color spectrum that it needs to go back to it's original color then if you have a mirror it would be even more difficult because it would have to travel and light everything up a bit more without messing with the filter in the middle. Just a theory. Although, now that I think about it it might work with tinted film, give it a shot.
