Custom Paint Job on my little girls softball helmet by Rhyen Skytracker
So here is the new custom paint job on my little girls softball helmet for this year. This is the 3rd year that I have painted her helmet and each year she has been on a different team so the team colors have have been different. Last year the colors were purple and orange and this year the colors are navy blue and gold. Other parents ask me if I would do their kids helmets then change their minds when I tell them how much it would cost to do it. It takes 3 cans of spray paint, lots of painters tape and at least 3 days to do. (Paint the base, wait to dry, tape off and paint the accent, wait to dry, then lots of polyurethane as a final coat to protect it, then wait for it to dry.)
