What's the rare force fx lightsabers

Hi all, I'm new to this site so appologise if this post is in the wrong place.

I'm collecting the force fx lightsabers and was wondering if anyone knows what the rare fx lightsabers are? And roughly how much they are currently worth as I'm going to be be keeping an eye out for them

I only currently have three.
Mr Anakin aotc 2002, (I have heard this is rare but unsure how rare)
Mr Luke anh 2007
Hasbro Luke rotj 2011

2002 Anakin is kinda rare. But Ive been seeing these pop up one ebay regularly. most of the time these have no sound do to bad wiring! El version of Luke Rotj seems to be more rare than the Aotc. I rarely see these on ebay, and Ive bid on a couple but im not willing to spend what some will! Hasbro Obi Wan TPM is super rare! To get one of those you really have to spend the big bucks

The AOTC is indeed hard to find, even moreso in working condition.

The hasbro Obi TPM is also quite rare.
