Purple Blade With uV Leds

You could use a RGB led and just adjust the red and blue to get a good looking purple.

There is one issue with the RGB that I didn't mind but did notice.
When running more then one color there is a shift as you twirl the blade so one side will have a dominate red and the other a dominate blue.

lol try pointing the UV leds at your skin for a couple hours, you will get a bad bad burn later
