Look at the FAQ for the entry on tapping. It isn't that difficult.
NO! Don't drill into the blade. This introduces a point for it to break. In most cases the friction of the holder and thumbscrew is a enough.
BTW, read around a bit. These are very newbish questions.[]

Can we make the index and faq like a size 20 font with big blinking lights surounding it. I am not trying to flame you. Just look around before you start a new thread. Everyone here will be alot more helpful and will appreciate it alot. When in doubt do a search. It will pick up most of the topics like this you may want to ask.
