    Hey saberland

    presenting my first saber (well its actually kinda 2 sabers)

    i spent a lot of time and research to get to this point.
    i am now happy with where its at and after a couple of things to tidy up im itching to
    get into my next build hee! ive got the bug indeed

    Bravo, some nice style and detail here. Don't care for the Phillips heads showing though. Hex look better imo.

    I do like the d-ring pommel insert! And nice job on the flash-sabre "bunny ears!"

    a nice first saber! and I actually like the d-ring pommel insert, will also use it on my new saber.

    Hmm.. nice design there.
    I like the offset activation box and your emitter shroud design.

    thanks guys! very nice to have all the positive comments.
    sat down and did some more work on it after work today so ill post that up as soon as i can.

    hers some of the specs.

    5watt Cree Led - about 200 lumens they say before the green filter.
    a set of lion's in 2s 2p configuration. provides 7.2v at 1800mah
    driven by a PC-L board version 1.5

    Im a bit gutted i missed the 1.6 but hey
    Tims got a load of new tasty stuff in the shop for my next saber
    and i have a draw full of parts ha ha.

    working on the fine tuning right now and i have a set of laptop lion's i have
    salvaged. 5000mah a piece wohoo!
