    Default Tempest by Rhyen Skytracker

Here is one that I have been working on for quite a while. The finished product is no where close to the original design. LOL The overlays were cut by hand with a dremel, files, sandpaper and steel wool. It took many, many hours to get the large overlay done. It has a Hasbro FX board in it from a Darth Maul with removable blade FX saber, powered by 4 AAA alkaline batteries and a real quartz crystal for the crystal chamber. The bunny ears on this one were my first attempt as making them with my new design and I think they look pretty decent.

Agreed, that's some fine shroudwork. The bunny ears look pretty good from these angles as well. I kinda expected red, but the green still looks nice with this one.

    Nice job!
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.

I saw the shroud template on your site, and was wondering what it would look like on an actual saber... all i have to say is wow, nice work, and a really angry sounding saber to boot
