Can someone tell me the materials to build a LED blade and how to build a LED blade?[
the 40 inch blade, 40 inch diffuser, aluminum adhesive disk, half ball endcap, some kind of glue for the tip. i don't know how you build it unfortunately[

stick adhesive disk on tip..glue on tip..slide in diffuser. Cut it to length first of course.

A hacksaw works...but a dremel is far more level and clean.
Also, Tim's stock 40 inch blades come with a "lip" on either end. You can either hack both off, or use one end for more space to glue on your tip so it gets a better grip.
