Default Happy B-day to me - My 1st Saber - Parts List

I plan on doing 2 econo sink tube sabers with soundboards from the 2010 Obi-wan Electronic sabers, running 1x3.7V Li-Ion Cell with 2.5mm recharge port. One's for me for my B-day this Wed (Nov. 30th) and another for my 4 yr old son for Christmas. For simplicity's sake, I'm probably just gonna make them pretty much identical (with his blade and hilt a little shorter). Please let me know if I'm missing anything, or if anyone recommends I do something different. Here's my parts list:

    2010 Obi-wan econo board
    Clash Sensor
    Swing Sensor
    5V Regulator - 7805 (wait, i don't need this since I'm only using a single Li-Ion cell, right)
    TIP42G PNP Transistors
    MHS speaker mount V3
    Premium Speaker
2AA Battery holder (just to hold my single Li-Ion and mount to speaker)
    Li-Ion 14500 Rechargeable AA size 3.7V 800mAh
PCB for 3.7V Li-ion Battery (I think I'm going to try to just find a protected cell, since I'm only using one)
    2.1mm Power Jack
2.1mm plug adapter for smart charger
3.7V-14.8V Li-Ion Smart charger (anybody know where I can find this? Looks like they're discontinued.)
    1ohm 2w resistor
    Seoul P4 (Green)
    Seoul P4 Lens Holder
Luxeon Collimator Lens 8.7 deg viewing angle
SPST Momentary switch with red button
LED Trans White Battle blade 1" OD (34 inches)
    1-1/4" x 12" Chrome sink tube
    1.25" Sink tube LED/Blade holder
    8-32 x 1/2" thumb screw
    8-32 Tap & drill set
1x 2 Wire quick connector (should I quick connect anything else besides the LED?)
2 feet of 1/8" Adhesive lined heatshrink tubing

Thanks in advance for your input!

Nothing jumped out at me as being missing or unnecessary. You should be fine.
We all have to start somewhere. The journey is all the more impressive by our humble beginnings.
