    Default Credit where it`s due

    Just thought Iīd give som credit to Timīs outstanding customer service.

    I got a gift certificate for my birthday earlyer this year, and when I finaly got around to use it, it didnīt work. So I sendt Tim a mail, and less then 30 minutes later I had a reply asking for the giftcertificate number. I replied and went to bed. Then wen I woke up the mail fiksing my problem had allredy been sitting in my mailbox for 2 hours.
