    You can take a dremel to the trim rings and remove the inner locking ring so that they slide over MHS parts. You'll have to find a new way to attach them though. A 2-part epoxy should do the trick. They don't come in brass, though there is an anodized yellow that looks pretty good.

    Yeah you're right. I just measured mine. You'd need to open them up a bit more. They're 1.45" ID, not counting the locking ring.

    I buy solid brass rings and use a dremel to grind out the inside.
