there is really no difference except incredibly slight difference of the beam of light's spread-outness

Just ordered the parts! This is the fist thing iv ever bought of the net!
Congrats dude, you won't be disappointed. I like that you got the blade to make yourself. The cool thing is that if you find 40 inches to long like several of us do you can trim it down slowly untill you find your sweet spot.

i'm gonna make my own blade too and i was wondering if you glue in the diffuser or just roll it up and slide it in the poly C
also, would PVC pipe work to glue the tip to the blade?
