so does the negative green wire running from the luxeon hook up to the battery port and 5v regulator then to the power jack? http://s1191.photobucket.com/albums/...gram1001-1.png
If I understand you correctly then yes. The negative green wire goes to the recharge port, the 5V regulator, the LED negative, and the negative battery connection on the board. This way, when you insert a kill switch into the recharge port, it cuts the negative power flow and keeps your saber off and reduces wasted power.

Correct, the Mandalor is. *sigh* All combinations of attachment have failed, the LEDs are on or off. I can even connect the positives together and the LEDs will still light. I hook the LED positives to the board and they still stay lit with out the board being on. I'm guessing the next step is to replace the board.
